Youth Activities

The St. Joseph County Conservation & Sportsman Club, INC offers many activities and shooting sports for the youth of our communities and beyond. Activities range from Hunter Education & Safety Classes to the shooting sports of 4-H Shooting Sports, Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP), and Scholastic Action Shooting Program (SASP), as well as associated programs of other conservation and education groups, such as the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) JAKE'S DAY outdoor education day. Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts are welcome to do activities at the Club with Board permission as well. Contact any Board Member to find out how we can help your scouts. Several High Schools also use the Club trap fields for their High School Clay Target Leagues. Check with your school to see if they have this sport, or start a new team! The Club is a great way to get your youth involved in the great outdoors! Scroll down for more information on these awesome programs!
